Return & Refund Policy

At The Bay Area Plug, we take pride in hand-crafting each swimbait with care. Because of the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that arrive defective or damaged.

Defective Product Returns

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can assist you quickly.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. After we receive and inspect the defective item, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If an item is defective, it may be refunded or replaced depending on availability.

Shipping

Customers are not responsible for return shipping if the item is confirmed defective.
