The Bay Area Plug
Processing Time
All products from The Bay Area Plug are hand-poured and made to order. Due to high demand and the custom nature of our baits, please allow up to 3 weeks (21 days) for processing before shipment.
While many orders are completed sooner, some orders may be processed and shipped within as little as 7 days depending on current order volume and availability.
Processing time refers to the time required to produce, prepare, and package your order before it is shipped.
We always aim to complete orders as quickly as possible without compromising quality.
Because each bait is custom-crafted through a multi-step pouring and finishing process, we prioritize quality and consistency over speed.
Order Acknowledgment
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the stated processing time of up to 3 weeks before shipment.
This applies to all orders, including those placed through our website or via custom/draft invoices.
Shipping Time
Shipping times are calculated separately from processing time.
After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times typically range between:

Actual delivery time may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier’s system.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
